You may return or exchange your product within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange

• Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received.

• Product must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

• Product must be returned along with all original tags, barcode labels, and accessories.

Exchange Is Only Applicable If

• You received the wrong item.

• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Clear pictures of the received product

• Order ID and reason for exchange

Important Notes

• Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless:

  • A wrong, broken, or damaged item was received

  • You inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product

• Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

• Products sent for exchange must be shipped back in secure packaging. Pickup can be arranged, or the customer may ship the product to us at their own expense.
