Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your product within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange:

- Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received.

- Product must be in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

- Product must be returned along with all original tags, barcode labels, and accessories.

Exchange Is Only Applicable If:

- You received the wrong item.

- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To initiate an exchange, email us at info@smartspick.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +92 321 4455625 within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Clear pictures of the received product,
- Order ID and reason for exchange.

Important Notes:

- Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless:

  - A wrong, broken, or damaged item was received.

  - You inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

- Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

- Products sent for exchange must be shipped back in secure packaging. Pickup can be arranged, or the customer may ship the product to us at their expense.

Refund Policy

Smartspick does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
